Shuckbuddy

Shuckbuddy is an innovative new way to strip sweet corn. You can strip hundreds of ears in a very short time so you can enjoy fresh tasting sweet corn all year long. Shuckbuddy will strip cooked or raw corn effortlessly. Gone are the bloody knuckles from doing it the old fashioned way with a knife.

Shuckbuddy runs off an air compressor (not supplied). It requires around 80 psi to function. Once the corn is cooked we simply place an ear in the tray, small end first and press the button  The stripped corn falls into a bag and the ear is deposited in the garbage can.  The system is all enclosed so you can easily do it outside and keep contaminants out of the stripped sweet corn. We cook outside to eliminate the heat and mess from the kitchen. When we are done we simply hose it off. Shuckbuddy comes with 2 different sized cutting dies to handle any sized corn.
